Pros

Co-workers were a great group of people. Everyone was very willing to help teach and train. Sales Manager was terrific, and always willing to listen/help.

Cons

Commission structure was based not only on hitting personal targets, but on the results of the rest of the sales team. If you hit your targets, but the rest of the team fell short, you saw nothing. The work culture was pretty bad, the company rarely organized events. The sales team was very experienced, but many are in the latter stages of their career, and the change in technology has affected output of many reps.
