Pros

Good office in Gdansk in Olivia Business Centre.

Cons

Nobody know end-to-end process, each area just take cares for their piece in the process. Too many tools to report daily tasks, but none of them has enough information for managers, they are always confused and complaining about lack of visibilite of your tasks and responsabilities. Workload planning process changes every month. There is no carreer plan. In many cases, managers don’t have any skills to be managers, they are technical guys promoted to managers with no previous preparation with lack of skills to manage people. Communication across the departments are too bad. Upper management is very selfish. They are only thinking for there own profit.
