Pros

* Acceptable place to start one's career at. A junior can learn a lot as much about technical things as how corporate actually works. * Open office * Reasonable Home Office * They have reasonable expectations towards juniors, so getting in is not terribly difficult

Cons

* Technical leaders do not always make the best decisions to say the least ( which can cause the employee harm) * On some occasions responsibility for outcomes is being shifted instantly downwards in the hierarchy * Bonus, to me, was determined by unclear expectations, therefore being more subjective than not * The way they handle agreements in a critical situation such as Covid was way more negative than I expected * It is only easy to climb their corporate ladder if your goals are similar to theirs

Cons

In the shop I was in, it was very unorganized. The machines were not serviced or inspected properly and posed a serious risk to me and others. I was forced to make a decision to leave because my health and well being seemed to be insignificant. Management did not respond to my requests for proper training or maintenance of the machines. Unfortunately, as I had high hopes of working for TK.
