Pros

Here in MX you normally receive a contract for full-time positions and once you complete the first 3 months, you get a permanent contract. Payment is a little bit higher than other related industries.

Cons

Communication between plant and HQ is good, but the system is infringed in convinience to the HQ projects responsible, making our task more difficult to complete. Lack of people, long hours working

Pros

A lot of great employees with very positive attitudes, and dedicated work ethics, towards their jobs made it a pleasure to be part of the team.

Cons

Upper management as a whole lacks personality, a lot of instruction on safety and work practices corporately mandated, without ensuring proper followup, time management and resource to make sure the instructions are carried out properly.

Pros

Great location, away from busy cities. Good combination of local and international work. Technology focused company. Promoting local staff to assume lead roles.

Cons

Must be willing to live in the Rayong area. It is not the most fancy office.
