Pros

Great leadership. Great work life balance. No game playing. Great pay. Good benefits. Yearly bonus. Great opportunity for advancement. Leadership appreciates your input.

Cons

Changes are a constant. No telling what is going to happen next week. Tends to be a political environment. Customers do not like TKIT.

Pros

Big company with many locations. Has scale to be successful if it could learn to execute.

Cons

Very poorly managed company. Losing market share to Reliance and other key players in the industry. Financial performance dramatically lags behind other competitors. Known for hiring outside salesman who bring along a book of business and then letting them go through a restructuring in a couple years.
