      It has been a good learning experience till now with Uhde India.

      Pros

      1. The working culture is good here. There are frequent interactions between all employees. 2. An engineer will be able to sustain in other companies easily if he has completed considerable amount of years at Uhde India.

      Cons

      2. No facilities for emergency food intakes, internet, and recreational activities for all employees. 3. During the course of the project, we seldom get time for ourselves. We have to overwork daily without getting paid for it. 4, The commercial department here has a problem in quoting/bidding for projects (or they are not experts in their art). As a result, all other employees are deemed to suffer due to less work. 5. The promotions here are of no use - anyway the package given at Uhde India is comparatively less than what employees are getting at other consultancies. 6. Lastly, there is not enough guidance and expertise here apart from Caustic projects.

      It is a big company,leader in its field its being in the market for over 150 years, its an international company

      It is a big company,well know its being in the market for a very long time every body wants to work for it that is why they dont care whether you leave or stay they will always get the replacement.
