      The senior management is great and there is an excellent place to learn, the communications between areas is fluent and the profitability of the company ease the environment.

      The general managerial staff has in average 30 years working for the company reducing the opportunity to grow and create professional career

      Pros

      Systematic approach towards the work. The only manufacturer plant of Electrical steel in India. Excellent support for product and technology from the principal ThyssenKrupp Germany. Growing markets in India. Integrated Management System or TKES is above excellence. Product is very good in terms of Quality.

      Cons

      The parent company wants to come out of this business hence they are selling plant. Very old machinery, as 1995 commissioned plant by Raymond Group. Stagnancy in the working culture makes it very difficult for internal growth.
