Terrible management, no organization, last minute changes on where you need to work that day sometimes several times a week, awful training from arrogant mechanics, mechanics lie about your work habits to management, no real structure, favoritism, incompetence, they treat you like dirt, union affiliated but very non union structure and mechanics
