Pros
It really differs from department to department, but if you have a good manager who gives you enough freedom, it’s a nice place to learn. They are flexible on my work hours, I have 3 ho/week, there are really helpful expert guys who are willing to teach you if you ask.
Cons
Management communication is not consistent, the wages are moderated, crossdepartment communication is bad.
