Pros
Very good teams and engineers with high level of competence. Friendly but professional environment on engineering and group level. Good work/life balance.
Cons
European automotive industry. Management of department level and up has no real connection to lower level management and engineering. Hence, solution are not targeting real engineering problems. Bad board communication overall and tipical multinational company attitude by high management, treating engineers as general headcounts independently of experience or other skills. Overall declining company in a hard industrial environment.
