Pros

- New requirements keeps us on toe to work differently. - Flexible timings. - Higher management is very friendly and one mail away to reach.

Cons

- Fixed to few only couple of projects in India. - Need expand our wings in India and invest more here in India. Hope management is planning in that direction.

Pros

-Great benefits related to Salary, Health, Bonuses, etc. -Management tries to provide you with all the tools needed to get your job done. -Fellow employees are willing to help when needed. -If you are into technology this is the place to be.

Cons

-Can be extremely difficult at times to schedule vacation. -Long work hours (sometimes 50 to 60+ a week). -May be pushed to work nights and weekends depending on your job role. -May feel like you are on-call all the time to handle customer issues. -Not enough employees to spread the load.
