Flexible schedule, lots of learning everyday, lots of opportunities and projects to work on. Made some really nice friends on utest.

Cons

Salary is too low, there's no hourly salary which is not nice. We sometimes work for hours for something which doesn't give us a penny, so there is always uncertainty. You don't know how much you'll make at the end of the month, so this is not a dependable source of income.
