Pros

- Great work/life balance: you can work only if you want, no one push you; - Career opportunities: you can evolve from mere tester to test team lead or even to "special agent"; - Opportunity to test world known applications and services; - Opportunity to get access to education courses free of charge.

Cons

- Sometimes it takes too long to get invitation to project if you're not from US; - Sometimes income is not efficient enough: either compensation is low or time spent is too big; - Sometimes PMs just ignore testers or test leaders; - Testing platform isn't good enough, industry standarts and approaches for issue tracking systems were not taken into account.
