Pros

VAuto is a great place if you are not looking to grow and you like being overworked. Candidates beware!

Cons

Poor Support Management starting at the vp level. The company is not making money and is laying people off. No growth! You're lucky to keep your job if you go "above and beyond". Favoritism and dishonesty behind closed doors.

Pros

Work colleagues are easy to get along with and they are always willing to help on any issue or question you may have.

Cons

-High expectations of work performance for little reward and less and less free time is offered to you to do your main job while extra responsibilities get piled on you in the process. You repeatedly get told you should be able to balance all those extra responsibilities with no conceivable way of having enough time in a work day to do so -Heavy micro-management and increase in employee scrutiny
