Congratulations to all 75 participants in our 24-hour Hackathon aimed at enhancing the customer experience at Transamerica. With the clock running, U.S. and Brazilian colleagues from various disciplines worked together to transform their ideas into 11 functional prototypes. The event showcased our employees’ diverse skills, expertise and creativity, and concluded with several digital and data-driven initiatives selected for further development and potential implementation.
