This year marks 25 years of Aeroflow Health. What began as a small business founded by Don Hite has grown into a healthcare technology partner supporting patients, providers, and health plans across the country since 2001. Our current CEO, Casey Hite, joined early on to help build the foundation that continues to support how we've grown to provide solutions for our customers and partners today. For 25 years, our focus has remained the same: helping patients access the care and equipment they need while navigating the complexities of insurance alongside our partners. We’re grateful for the foundation Don established, and for the individuals and teams who have carried that work forward over the years. As we mark this milestone, we remain committed to expanding access to care and supporting the people and organizations we serve every day.
For 25 years, we have focused on making healthcare more accessible. By connecting patients with the products and support they need, all covered by insurance, we help simplify care at every stage. See the difference it makes.
Last week, our team volunteered to assemble diaper packs for local families at Huddle Up Moms Diaper Bank in Roanoke, Virginia, a partner of Aeroflow Urology within the National Diaper Bank Network. To add a personal touch, each pack included a handwritten note of encouragement, reminding parents they are not alone. A supportive message can go a long way. In many of the communities we serve, diaper banks distribute about 50 diapers per child each month, while the average child may need closer to 120 to 180. That gap highlights the real, ongoing need families face, and why partnerships with local diaper banks are so important. Proud of our team for showing up and supporting families when it matters most.
We make healthcare more accessible by connecting patients with the products and support they need, all covered by insurance. For 25 years, our mission has guided how we serve and support patients across every stage of care. Watch the video to see what it all means.
Good food, real conversations, and time spent together ❤️ We teamed up with Safelight to host the first of four dinners for shelter residents at Dandelion Cafe, and it was a special night from start to finish. We are grateful for everyone who helped make it happen and for the chance to simply share a table and be in community with one another. #AeroflowCares #AeroflowDifference
Members of our Human Resources team, including Chief Human Resources Officer Marshall Staton, PHR, recently volunteered at the The Haywood Street Congregation's Downtown Welcome Table. This partnership focuses on addressing housing and food insecurity in our community. We’re grateful for opportunities to support organizations doing important work right here in Western North Carolina. At Aeroflow Health, we talk a lot about improving quality of life. In 2025, our employees showed what that looks like in real life. Every year, each Aeroflow employee receives two paid days to give back to the community. Team members used that time to pack and deliver meals, support housing and school readiness efforts, and show up alongside local partners who do this work every day. It added up to 3,181 volunteer hours in 2025, but the part we care about most is what those hours meant to real people. A few moments from the year: • 2,500 backpacks distributed to local students through United Way of Asheville & Buncombe County's Back to School campaign • A full year of meals covered for five seniors through MEALS ON WHEELS OF ASHEVILLE AND BUNCOMBE COUNTY INC • Continued support for Western North Carolina communities impacted by Hurricane Helene • Fully funded ABCCM - Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministry's Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry • Partnered with housing organizations such as The Haywood Street Congregation, who focus on stability and dignity, because a safe home is part of health As Ryan Bullock, our Chief Strategy Officer, puts it: “Caring for our communities has always been as important as caring for patients.” If you want the full story and the partners who made it possible, our 2025 Impact Report is below.
Through a new partnership with Johns Hopkins Health Plans and the Maryland Community Health System, supporting Priority Partners MCO, we’re proud to expand access to essential durable medical equipment for Maryland Medicaid (Maryland Department of Health- Maryland Medicaid Administration) members. As our CEO Casey Hite shared with HomeCare Magazine, this work is about removing barriers and making it easier for patients to access the care and supplies they need when they need them. Patient care doesn’t get a snow day. As a major winter storm is expected to impact more than half the U.S., Aeroflow Health’s Chief Human Resource Officer, Marshall Staton, PHR, spoke with HME News about how healthcare organizations prepare to maintain continuity of care when disruptions occur, including widespread power outages and severe weather events. Moments like this highlight the operational planning required to support both patients and care teams when conditions are unpredictable. Extreme weather continues to test operational readiness across healthcare.
