Congratulations to our Franchise Owners of the Year, Keith and Kara Saunders! A remarkable husband-and-wife team whose leadership, values, and commitment to service truly embody what it means to be part of the Aire Serv® family. What started as a desire to take their HVAC experience to the next level has grown into a thriving business built on strong systems, shared values, and a people-first mindset. Together, they’ve created a culture where team members feel like family, and the Code of Values is lived out every day. Their journey is also a powerful example of building a business that supports family life, flexibility, and long-term growth. We’re proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition and grateful for the standard you continue to set across the Aire Serv network.

Tip of the day: Clean the bathroom fans. Your bathroom fans work hard all year and this is the perfect time to ensure the work they do is as efficient as possible. Remove the covers from your fans before washing them with soap and water. Once the covers are off, use a toothbrush to clean the fan blades before reapplying the cover. Just make sure the power is off before starting any project.
Keep an open mind - and open air vents. A lot of times, In order to save energy, homeowners close the vents in rooms they don’t use thinking it will save them energy. In reality, it makes your HVAC system less efficient. Heat like to distribute itself evenly within an object. When that object is your home, heat will get into that closed-vent room anyway, but it means your HVAC system will work harder in order to create an even temperature around the house. 517-626-8700
