📢 Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is one of our employee wellness offerings. MHFAs are employees of Akamai who have completed specialized training to be a point of contact for individuals experiencing mental health issues or emotional distress. While they are not therapists or psychiatrists, they can provide initial support and guide individuals toward appropriate help. 🤝 MHFAs are also mental health advocates and serve as a positive example of approaching conversations about mental health with Akamites.
