We're thrilled to share that 4 of Arbella's executives have been recognized in Boston Magazine's annual feature celebrating the most influential businesswomen in Boston. Gail Eagan, Lynellen Ramirez, Gayle O’Connell, and Janet Corcoran are the general counsel, chief actuary, chief marketing officer, and chief operating officer at Arbella. Women represent more than 40 percent of the senior leadership at our company, changing the face of this traditionally male-dominated industry. "We don’t see ourselves as women leaders, we see ourselves as leaders."
As a team building opportunity, the managers in our Operations department volunteered at the South Shore YMCA Hanover Family Farm. They had a great time together while pulling up tomato stakes and plants, hand weeding and cutting flowers. Thank you, volunteers!
