At Arlo, we are proud to honor Latino Heritage Month and celebrate the rich history, culture, and contributions of our Latino community. Throughout this month, EMERG (Empowered Marginalized Employee Resource Group) is proudly hosting a series of events, spotlighting stories from our Latino colleagues, and engaging in meaningful discussions to deepen our understanding of the Latino identity. We encourage all of our Arlo family to connect and learn with us. Diversity and inclusion are at the core of who we are, and we’re proud to support and uplift the voices that shape our vibrant community. June was filled with celebrations of love, support, and community as we came together to uplift and honor our LGBTQ+ colleagues. From creating spaces of inclusion, to writing letters of encouragement, and a few sweet celebrations, Arlo commemorated the work that has been done in pursuit of equality and acknowledge the path that still lies ahead. As Pride Month comes to a close, we look back with gratitude for the amazing people on our teams at Arlo. The efforts made to be allies, to be more inclusive, to share and learn from one another is inspiring. Beyond Pride month, we strive to uplift our LGBTQ+ colleagues and communities every day and will continue to follow in the footsteps of those who've paved the way towards inclusion and equality.

We are proud to celebrate World Mental Health Day through our sponsorship of National Alliance on Mental Illness, NAMI Walks Silicon Valley. We will also embark on ongoing discussions on mental health awareness and host training for Arlo employees throughout the month of October.
