Press Training at Autokiniton – Lebanon We were excited to welcome the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) to our Lebanon facility for an on-site Press Operator Training session, bringing expert instruction straight to the shop floor. PMA’s practical, in-depth approach gave our team valuable tools to enhance safety, efficiency, and performance. We appreciate PMA’s partnership and commend our Lebanon team for their enthusiasm, focus, and active participation throughout the training!

💼Kicking Off Our 2025 Internship Program💼 This week, we welcomed 26 interns across a range of disciplines including Welding, Controls, Mechanical Engineering, Assembly, Quality , Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Sales, IT, and EHS. The group toured our Plymouth and Belleville 2 facilities — thank you to both teams for sharing your time, knowledge, and providing our interns a firsthand look at the manufacturing floor. A big thank-you as well to the leaders who took time to speak with our interns: Larry Schroth, Rob Wheeler, Zach Bolyard, Mick Korhumel, Scott Kehoe, Jay Gowda, Ronda Coogan, and our President, Matt Pollick.
