In July, Courtney Mangin joined the nursing team at St. Louis Children's Hospital. But she was already quite familiar with the surroundings; as a child with multiple health challenges, she underwent 50 surgeries in the hospital. And now, she's giving back to kids who need her help. Watch her story. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQqde

BJC HealthCare was formed 25 years ago with the merger of founding members Barnes Hospital, The Jewish Hospital of St. Louis, and Christian Health Services. BJC has since grown to encompass 15 hospitals, multiple service organizations, and more than 31,000 employees. To celebrate the anniversary, team members and collaborative partners are taking group photos that incorporate a theme of the number 25. #BJC25
