Team Spotlight: Talent Acquisition Recruiters had the honor of supporting our teams during the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the last several months multiple recruiters within Talent Acquisition have helped to staff hundreds of individuals for our COVID-19 testing and vaccine sites. Team Member Spotlight - Aimee Ferraro, RN, BSN, Associate Director of Nursing, MOSU/Adult Acute Care and CCO at Banner Ocotillo Chandler, AZ Aimee started her Banner journey 13 years ago, as a New Graduate Nurse in the Neuro/Trauma PCU unit at Banner UMC. Later she transitioned to the PCU at Banner Gateway and promoted to Clinical Manager, House Supervisor, and then Senior Manager of the MOSU, and PCU units. In 2020, she became Associate Director of Nursing for the MOSU/Adult Acute Care and CCO departments for the new Banner Ocotillo facility in Chandler. She shared, “I love that Banner has given me wonderful opportunities to grow as a nurse and leader within the organization.”

She shared, “In a few short months, I was able to transition from a student nurse to a medical professional.
