Kelsey Clark joins the Bell team with over 12 years of experience in the property management industry. Having grown up in Baltimore County, MD, she moved to South Carolina for college and received her Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University. She joined Kettler Management in 2009 where she led a variety of communities all over the DC/MD/VA market. Kelsey has been very involved in the Institute of Real Estate Management Executive Council and holds her ARM and CPM designations. She is most passionate about her teams as well as supporting the local community with philanthropic efforts. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, visiting wineries, and watching her Clemson Tigers and Baltimore Ravens win football games! Ashley Stairs was recently promoted to Operations Specialist. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Ashley joined Bell almost 6 years ago. She was a Leasing Consultant at Brassfield Park and most recently, an Assistant Community Manager at Deep River Pointe. During her career with Bell, she has been a part of “Top Property of the Year Award” two years in a row and has assisted multiple Triad Properties during dispositions and acquisitions. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys riding horses, kayaking and traveling with friends! Robyn Martin recently joined the Operations Accounting Team as a Operations Accounting Manager. Prior to Bell, Robyn worked with real estate, construction and multifamily housing clients for more than 20 years in public accounting. She holds CPA licenses in both Virginia and North Carolina.
