This move towards sustainable fuel solutions underscores Benore’s commitment to environmental responsibility and innovation in transportation. Renewable diesel, derived from eco-friendly resources, reduces emissions significantly, showcasing a leap towards a cleaner future. With Pilot’s support, Benore sets a new standard for the industry, integrating alternative fuels seamlessly.

Benore was honored to participate in the unforgettable Maritime & Logistics Youth Expo! 🌊⚓ The expo was held in Charleston, SC in April 2024, hosted by The Maritime Association of South Carolina, SC Ports, SC Competes (SC Logistics Initiative), Charleston County School District & The Maritime Cybersecurity Institute. This event brought together students from 8th - 12th grades to explore over thirty engaging displays, providing firsthand exposure to the logistics industry alongside esteemed leaders. The day was packed with insights and career inspiration, as emphasized by Susie Shannon, President and CEO of SC Competes, who stated, “Offering our young people a live and up-close look into these high-demand, well-paying jobs gives them a window into the exciting futures that lie ahead for them.”
Forging ahead in electric innovation! Benore was delighted to announce the expansion of our electric vehicle (EV) fleet with four additional Peterbilt 579EVs, bringing our total electric fleet to seven. This solidified Benore as a leader in sustainable transportation on the East Coast and a pioneering force in South Carolina! Featuring a range of up to 150 miles, our Peterbilt 579EV fleet operated on thermally controlled lithium-ion batteries. Additionally, we had installed a 150kW fast charger to fully recharge the electric trucks in just three to four hours. Benore proudly held the distinction of being the first in South Carolina to integrate electric trucks into its fleet!
