Best Buy has been named to the JUST 100 list for the third year in a row, and we’re proud to be the top retailer on the 2023 list. The JUST 100 list evaluates and ranks nearly 1,000 of the largest publicly traded companies in the U.S. on such issues as how a company invests in its workers, supports its communities and minimizes environmental impact. JUST Capital and its partners compile the annual list by polling 3,000 Americans to identify issues they think companies should focus on most. Then companies are evaluated based on those priorities. This year, polling numbers showed that workers and wages are important and accounted for a large percentage of companies’ scores. We believe our efforts to make a positive impact in the environmental, social and governance (ESG) area are not only the right thing to do, but are good for business. Read the full story.
