BlueWater was awarded a 5 year contract supporting United States Special Operation Command’s (USSOCOM) Force Structure, Requirements, Resources and Strategic Assessments Directorate (J8) Strategic Planning and Analysis Division (J8-S) in Tampa, FL. BlueWater will provide general project support, technical support, and strategic analysis for Joint Mission Analysis (JMA) We will also provide Special Operation Forces (SOF) and Operations Research Systems Analysis (ORSA) expertise.
