Bread Financial and Ruling Our eXperiences (ROX) have transformed the landscape of corporate philanthropy through a decade-long, purpose-driven collaboration. By developing unique campaigns and connecting ROX with new audiences, Bread Financial has helped expand programming to 27 new states, increased associate engagement by 352% and generated over $3 million for ROX.
Earlier this month, we kicked off our first winter cohort for our U.S. Pathways Program, a 12-month career placement and rotation program for recent college graduates to gain on-the-job experience in departments across the business. Members of the 2026 Winter cohort completed our Internship Program in 2025, graduated from their respective colleges in December, and will work with multiple teams across the business to learn about Bread Financial and feel our company culture firsthand. After successfully completing the Pathways Program, participants will have the potential to transition into full-time positions throughout the company - excited to see where they'll end up!
In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Bread Financial associates came together for a meaningful hybrid event hosted by the Black Leadership Associate Connect (BLAC) ARG. The gathering created space for reflection, connection, and dialogue inspired by Dr. King’s enduring legacy. Over 350 associates participated across in‑person and virtual formats, reflecting strong engagement and a shared commitment to honoring Dr. King’s message and its continued relevance today. The event centered on viewing Dr. King’s full “I Have a Dream” speech, an impactful moment that invited associates to pause and deeply reflect on his vision, courage, and unwavering pursuit of justice.

Last month, on Giving Tuesday, our teams were excited to give - whether they were wrapping gifts, packing lunches, or assembling hygiene kits, they were happy to pay it forward through our local nonprofit partners. Bread Financial also gave each associate a complimentary $50 Cause Card to donate to the nonprofit that matters the most to them. Together, we're building a culture of generosity that makes a real difference.
Our People & Culture Roadshow brought over 1,000 associates to our Bangalore office for meaningful conversations on career growth and direct engagement with senior leadership. The event also featured representation from all nine Associate Resource Groups, which created space for associates to connect and join communities that foster belonging - driving a 200% increase in our total India ARG membership! The Roadshow concluded with a notable Women in Leadership panel, where female senior leaders shared candid stories and challenges they've encountered as women in professional spaces. More than a panel discussion, the session concluded with a powerful message about the importance of women supporting and uplifting women. The 2025 Roadshow was a success! We appreciate the active involvement by our associates who strengthens our collective ability to innovate, collaborate, and grow.
Associates at our Easton office recently gathered for our 6th annual Veterans Day Salute, hosted by our Veterans Associate Resource Group (ARG). It was a powerful moment of unity and appreciation, featuring a flag-raising ceremony led by VFW Post 7883, heartfelt remarks from our leaders, and guest speaker, Dr. Whitney Raglin Bignall, the Associate Clinical Director of the Kids Mental Health Foundation. We also proudly supported the Bob Woodruff Foundation’s Stand Up For Heroes event as a presenting sponsor—furthering our commitment to supporting veterans and their families.
Halloween Headquarters 🎃 Our Easton associates celebrated Halloween through their annual Trunk or Treat event at our Easton office. Thanks to the Family Matters Associate Resource Group (ARG), more than 300 associates and family members trunk-or-treated their way through a night of fun. Meanwhile, our Bangalore office shed its everyday look and transformed into a Halloween Hub draped in cobwebs, glowing jack-o'-lanterns and eerie decor that set the perfect spooky scene. The highlight of the day was the costume parade, where associates showcased their imagination and effort. The runway came alive with vibrant characters and stunning outfits.
Happy Diwali! 🕯️🎉 Associates got to celebrate Diwali all throughout last week - our Bangalore office hosted a vibrant two-day celebration filled with games, paintings, and energetic dandiya dancing, while associates at Plano lit diyas and enjoyed a festive lunch with traditional foods and sweets. Our Easton office got to learn more about the holiday and lit up firework sparklers (pictured below). Wishing everyone a season of joy, kindness, and prosperity! 🎇
Each year, Bread Financial hosts its annual Giving Campaign, bringing associates together from across the organization to support the causes that matter most to them. This year, we introduced an exciting new element—the Leader Competition. Associates who contributed, regardless of amount, helped boost their executive leader’s team participation score. Bonus points were awarded to the top three teams with the highest participation rates. Those bonus points came into play during the campaign’s grand finale: an on-site Field Day at our Easton office. Eight representatives from each team competed in four lively events—Horseshoe Toss, Charades, Hula Hoop, and Pop-a-Shot. With a tie for first place, the top two teams each earned $2,000 to donate to a charity of their choice. 🏆 Thanks to the incredible generosity of our associates, the campaign raised $2,007,012 in total, supporting 1,111 nonprofits through contributions from more than 1,500 donors. 🎉💞
