In honor of Women's History Month, we are thrilled to share that two of our dedicated associates—one from Brightview’s Home Office and one from our Shelton community—have been honored with prestigious accolades from McKnight's Senior Living! Tammy Curry, Vice President of Operations, Health, and Wellness, has been inducted into the McKnight’s Women of Distinction class of 2025. This award recognizes Tammy as a leader whose contributions have positively impacted Brightview and the senior living industry. Jennifer Barnes, Wellspring Village Vibrant Living Assistant at Brightview Shelton, has been recognized as a 2025 Spirit Award recipient for her unwavering dedication to her colleagues and residents. AAW 2025 Compilation
We’re pleased to share that our Commons community in Rhode Island and Perry Hall community in Maryland started composting programs this past fall! Associates and residents have been working together for the past few months to decrease the environmental impact of their food waste through participation in their respective local composting programs. Fun fact: Brightview Perry Hall collected 3.9 tons of food waste in September and 4.6 tons in October 🌱 Click below to learn more!

From fundraising activities to the walks, each step taken and shared story highlighted our commitment to compassionate care and support for those affected. Together, we're walking toward a brighter future.

From September 30 to October 6, Brightivew Senior Living Communities proudly celebrated Active Aging Week, an initiative encouraging seniors to embrace healthy, active lifestyles. The week featured various engaging activities, including fitness classes, creative workshops, and social outings, all designed to promote residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being.
