Team CARFAX at the Virginia Campus had an eventful day yesterday! A Sing Along Spin Class was held at noon and 4:30 pm to raise money for our Bike to the Beach for Autism CARFAX Team. We're hoping to make this year our biggest fundraising effort ever to raise awareness and money to help those whose lives are touched by Autism, a neurological disorder that affects 1 out of every 88 children.
What you may hear about us is that we are an intentionally flat organization and believe in personal growth! We believe that Team CARFAX members should be given a chance to contribute based on their individual strengths and as much as possible grow in that. Many people comment on our flat organization and our commitment to giving the entire team opportunities to participate. Key responsibilities: Call service shops to communicate the value of participating in My CARFAX Shop program Enroll new customers and set up new accounts Troubleshoot account set up, answer questions, and provide great customer service Update Salesforce with customer information and activity Meet outbound call activity and enrollment goals Qualifications: 3+ years of demonstrated success in a phone based (sales) outbound call center.
