As we celebrate National Family Caregivers Month, we’re also taking time to reflect on gratitude. We’re especially thankful for the caregivers among us, Like Carolina Falaiye, who balances work with caregiving for her neurodiverse child. Carolina shares that caregiving is an around the clock commitment, but CGI’s support through resources like Bright Horizons and the Social Club has helped her find balance. Carolina’s message is one of resilience and care: “You can’t pour from an empty cup. As a caregiver, I need to find what replenishes my cup to be physically and emotionally available to those I care for." Join us in celebrating caregivers everywhere this month—and giving thanks for the compassion and strength they bring to our communities.
