Meet Filip – Our working student in the Portfolio Management Team 🌟 We're excited to introduce Filip, a working student in our Portfolio Management Team. We are very happy to have him on board! 💪 To give you an overview of the different ways you can work with us, we invited Filip for a short Q&A: Q: How was your application process? A: The application process at Chemovator was very quick and from the start, everything was communicated clearly, honestly, and well in advance. After the application, as well as each interview, the feedback was there in about a day, which is really not a standard at all in Germany. Just like the work environment turned out to be afterwards, the interviews were relaxed and one really had a feeling of two-side communication. Q: What is the best thing about your job? A: The best thing about my job is seeing founders and their ideas develop, and possibly helping them on their way to do so. Q: What is your daily work routine like? A: As a working student, there is no fixed working time, so this depends on tasks and University schedule. It might mean coming into the office, doing some work at the desk, on another day that's done in short slots between classes, and on other occassions the work requires helping at a Chemovator event. Either way, falling into a monotonous routine is not really a danger. Q: How is your job compatible with university? A: University and a working student position is, of course, challenging – the day only has 24 h

👩‍🍳La Chemovator Vita: Some memories from our teambuilding cooking class🍋 We switched our laptops for aprons, delicious food, and laughter with our full Core Team in an Italian cooking class 🍝 Not only did we learn to make our own fresh pasta and tiramisu but we also got to know each other better, shared the spirit, and collaborated in a different team setting. Finally, we also got to enjoy our homemade food and shared a lovely dinner. Can't wait to plan and share our next teambuilding event! 🤩
