CORA Physical Therapy was glad to be a part of the “Celebrating Seniors Health Fair” last Friday in Roanoke, VA! We love to get our seniors, feeling better and moving for the upcoming spring weather!
We’re proud to celebrate our teammates who recently completed the pickleball course in Vinton! Our pickleball course goes beyond the game—it’s a testament to teamwork, strategy, and strong communication, and FUN, as our team members learn how we can better support pickleball players through physical therapy.
We had a great time at the Duval County Public Schools Health Fair, where Tanner Rottman, Senior Regional WC Specialist – Jacksonville, gave an insightful presentation on Ergonomics & Safety! Alongside him, Carlos Pineda, Senior Regional WC Specialist – South Florida, represented our team as we connected with educators and staff about workplace wellness and injury prevention.
We’re beyond thrilled to share that our Roanoke clinic has been voted “Best Physical Therapy Practice” by the readers of The Roanoker Magazine! This honor means the world to us—and it wouldn’t be possible without our dedicated team, amazing patients, and the incredible Roanoke community that continues to support us every step of the way.
We had the best time at Harvest Ministries in Blue Ridge with an awesome group of seniors! Tyler Kelly, PTA back at it again teaching his Fall Prevention course - demonstrating what to do if a fall happens, how to prevent one, and strengthening tips and tricks as we transition into Spring to get these seniors back in action!
"CORA Roanoke is proud to be recognized with the 'Best of' award for Best Physical Therapy Provider!"
Shoutout to some of our dedicated staff who recently completed the Comprehensive Evaluation and Management of the Upper Quarter course! This specialized course focused on enhancing our knowledge and skills in evaluating and treating the arm. From manual techniques to advanced orthopedic methods, our team is now equipped with even more tools to support our patients' recovery and improve their mobility! We’re excited to bring these new insights and techniques into practice and continue delivering top-notch care.
CORA CEO, Kurt Baumgartel, recently visited our clinics in the Broward and West Palm Beach areas! It was a great time to connect with the team, meet some new faces, and have meaningful conversations– We feel lucky to have such a dedicated CEO, and staff that reciprocates the value of continuing to grow and improve.
We had an incredible Regional meeting where all 20 of our clinics came together, creating an amazing sense of unity and excitement. It was especially exciting to welcome our 4 newest locations, as this was their very first meeting as official CORA team members! The energy was high, and it was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to connect as we continue to grow.” -Brett K., Regional Director
