We want our employees voices to be heard which is why we have created the Suggestion Box, which is a new tool to identify and pilot promising ideas that improve performance. We recognize that our employees have the closest contact with customers and have amazing ideas and recommendations. We listen to employees and take their suggestions as an opportunity! The suggestion box allows employees to: - Identify roadblocks and share ideas! - Look for gaps in processes, systems, and offers. - Provide us with your suggestions that help improve customer experience.
Did you know that we now have a non-profit organization that is funded entirely by employees for employees? After months of hard work, we now have the Solidarity Fund, which takes after one of our values, Solidarity: "We create a feeling of team unity based on common goals, interests, and empathy". The Solidarity Fund is designed to aid employees during times of need and alleviate some of the pressures one may face when facing difficult times by providing grants that do not need to be paid back. When disaster or hardships strikes, we all want to stand in unity with our peers and be able to assist where we can.
Every year we take our top performers on a trip to a tropical paradise that we proudly call the Presidents Club! This year, the Presidents Club trip was located in Cancun. The week was filled with spending time at the beach, sitting by the pool, eating delicious food, seeing a fantastic show, exploring, relaxing, participating in the fun activities of zip lining, riding in UTVs, and more! We are already looking forward to next years Presidents Club Trip and hope to have even more of our Scurry there!
