A three days vaccination drive for 600+ Coforge team members with families was organized at our Greater Noida Campus. This drive was conducted with all health guidelines and safety protocols in place. The wellbeing of employees is of paramount importance and we are taking every possible step to ensure their safety in the pandemic; be it by ensuring timely immunization, providing in-house hospitalization facilities with oxygen support, or arranging a doctor on call in times of need. #CoforgeIsPeople #CovidVaccination

We have a dedicated team that ensures the utmost safety for our people traveling to work. Set guidelines are mandatory to be followed with the highest level of sanitization including frequent driver briefings and compulsory temperature checks of all users before they board.

At Coforge, we remain committed towards making all efforts to give back to the society. Our social responsibilities are not just limited to a season, but a year-round initiative that inspires employees and benefits our community. One such responsibility is Education, for we believe that this is a sector that requires inputs which are innovative, structured and scaled. One of our CSR program’s called “Shiksha” is focused exclusively on imparting IT education, Digital Literacy and Employability trainings to the underprivileged youth. Moreover, our training programs curated specifically for the Noida Deaf Society and School for Deaf and Mute in Gurgaon that enable skill development and livelihood for Speech and Hearing Impaired Youth leaves us with a very gratifying experience.
