đ Recognizing Excellence in Direct Support đ At CSG, weâre proud to invest in the growth of our amazing Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Thatâs why weâve partnered with the NADSP E-Badge Academy, a national program that helps DSP team members earn professional credentials while showcasing their skills, dedication, and commitment to quality care. Through E-Badge Academy, DSPs and FLSs earn stackable e-badges in areas like Crisis Intervention, Medication Administration, First Aid, Respecting Confidentiality, and more â all building toward nationally recognized NADSP Certifications. As of October 7, 2025: đ 67 DSPs and FLSs are actively working toward certification. đ DSPs have earned 213 badges to date. đ FLSs have earned 283 badges to date. Weâre also proud to recognize: ⨠7 DSPs who have earned their DSP I Credential ⨠6 FLSs who have achieved their FLS Credential We couldnât be prouder of our team for their commitment to growth, excellence, and the mission of supporting individuals with compassion, skill, and heart. đ These achievements are just a small piece of the professionalism and dedication of our frontline staff, serving others at the heart of CSGâs mission.
