Last week, CordenPharma Colorado came together for an early celebration of International Women’s Day, highlighting the many roles women play in shaping our success. Across our site - from scientific innovation to operational excellence and leadership - women are essential to who we are and the impact we make. Our team marked the occasion with a sitewide coffee‑break event featuring cold brew, mango tea, pastries, and fresh fruit. More importantly, it created space for colleagues to connect, reflect, and recognize the contributions of women throughout our organization. These moments of community reinforce our commitment to building an inclusive, supportive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. We’re proud to honor the women who strengthen our culture and drive our mission forward.
