Meet Sarah Vanderplate! Sarah is an Early Childhood Instructor Trainer in our Inland Empire region. When asked what Sarah loves most about working at Coyne & Associates, she replied... “What I love most about working at Coyne is the growth that you make within yourself and the growth you see within the lives of others. I have been lucky enough to be with this company for almost a year and a half. The growth I have seen in myself in that time is something that I was not sure I could achieve when I first joined. Who I was at my first PBE (evaluation) versus who I am now are like two completely different people! This job has helped me gain confidence, life-changing experience, and hope that we will help send out an empowered generation of kiddos into the world. Not only have I been able to make personal growth, but I’ve had the amazing opportunity to see so many kiddos thrive and learn so much through these programs with Coyne. It is wildly inspiring to see how these kiddos persevere and push themselves everyday to learn more.
