Crouse scores a B for National Patient Safety, the highest in Central New York
Senator Chuck Schumer was in Syracuse on January 5 to announce federal funding to support CNY healthcare initiatives. Leaders from regional healthcare providers attended the event, held at OCC. Crouse will receive $1 million, which will be used to enhance access to emergency services through the Rapid Evaluation Unit of Crouse’s Pomeroy Emergency Services Department.
Crouse Hospital’s Addiction Treatment Services (ATS), the largest hospital-based addiction treatment program in Central New York, has received a grant of $100,000 from the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation.
