Today is a day to celebrate! We are tremendously proud to announce that DHL Global Forwarding, Freight is globally certified as Top Employer for 2021 across 35 countries spanning Africa, Asia, Latin-America, North America, the Middle East and Europe. This is the 2nd year in a row we receive this certification. It makes us extremely proud as despite the challenging year we have experienced, DGF continued to demonstrate the power of putting our people first. The Top Employers Institute program certifies organizations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion and more.
