Pam shared, “Wow! She [Sheryl] shared that some women and women of color suffer from a tyranny of low expectations. We must continue to move the needle! Men, Women, leaders of all ethnicities must work together to ensure we create opportunities to optimize on all differences. Because together is better!”

Five months ago, ten RNs from across DaVita participated in a new, differential learning program. We are so proud that all nurses from this program will be transitioning from a Staff RN role into a Clinical Leadership role this year! Congratulations Graduates!
