In 2018, Zoe joined the Village as an #acuteregisterednurse and became a teammate with knowledge and experience in #hemodialysis. As the era of COVID-19 came upon us, Zoe left the Village to become an agency nurse that deployed staffing to heavily hit areas of the country. As fate would have it, Zoe was placed back in our Village as an agency nurse. As this team was growing and rebuilding, Zoe helped shape the team's culture by demonstrating the WE CARE behaviors. After a year of support as an agency nurse, Zoe agreed to take a full-time position not just as an acute registered nurse but as the Clinical Coordinator to a team that is grateful for her clinical and leader support. Sylvie, a primary care technician (PCT), visited a DaVita clinic early in her career and hoped to one day join the Village and become a part of #TeamDaVita.
