This past Saturday, we invited all of the Dayton Freight Driver Reps to Corporate for an in-person Driver Rep meeting. This annual meeting is a great time to hear from our Drivers on the opportunities we have to grow! We also used this time to announce our new pay scale, which was a company record high. Local Drivers will start at Top of Scale, $31.20/HR and Linehaul Drivers at $0.74/Mile. Thank you to everyone who joined us, we are happy to see our employees in-person and together again!

On the Move in South Bend IN! To provide faster and more consistent service to the Indiana area, Dayton Freight is excited to announce the move of our South Bend Service Center. Located four miles north of the old facility, this brand-new state of the art build sits on 30 acres with 88 doors and an 80-foot wide dock. Additional features include, dock seals, a snow scraper, a Shop and plenty of trailer and employee parking. Behind the 88 doors and exclusive to SBN is a 12,000 sq. ft. warehouse space with a 24 ft. high clearance. This is new to Dayton Freight and we are eager to see how it will be utilized in the future. We look forward to using our new capacity to better serve our South Bend customers!
