We are thrilled to announce that we have officially closed on the acquisition of our new Home Office - the Crest Ridge building located at 11055 Wayzata Blvd., Minnetonka, MN 55305. This new office represents a significant milestone in our company’s history and will be able to accommodate our growth as an organization for years to come. Renovation of the new office will begin in early 2020 and will provide a workspace that our employees can be proud to call HOME. “We are excited to move our headquarters to the Crest Ridge building,” said Paul Sween, Managing Partner of Dominium. “The building’s location, amenities and space are an ideal fit for our growing business. This move marks a continued commitment to affordable housing as we start our 48th year in business. I’m excited about this next chapter in Dominium’s history.” #growth

We were thrilled to host HUD Secretary Julián Castro, Minn. Mayor Betsy Hodges and Jacob Frey at A-Mill Artist Lofts to discuss affordable housing. A-Mill is a prime example of how historic rehabilitation can help revitalize a neighborhood.
Dominium’s Mark Moorhouse joined the Lieutenant Governor of Minnesota and other state officials yesterday to announce Dominium's latest project. Building on its strong record of successful historic redevelopment, Dominium has been chosen to redevelop twenty-six buildings at historic Fort Snelling into affordable housing.
