Advancing a Circular Economy: Pilot Program Shows Plastic Waste Can Be Turned Into Fuel – As part of the Company’s exploration of plastic waste alternatives, Dow became a key collaborator in the Energy Bag Pilot Program, demonstrating that certain plastics that are not easily recyclable using traditional methods can be converted into synthetic crude oil for fuel – diverting them from a landfill.
