EDB employees came together for an eye-opening Bias Awareness Workshop hosted by our Women and Allies ERG. Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator Sabine Smith, led an engaging session where we explored how unconscious bias shapes workplace experiences—and how we can take action to counter it. Through breakout discussions, anonymous polls, and open dialogue, attendees reflected on their own experiences and committed to concrete strategies for fostering a more inclusive workplace. At EDB, we are committed to continuing this conversation and turning awareness into action.

170+ EDBers came together during Women's History Month for an open, thoughtful conversation on the experiences of women in tech, allyship, and resilience. The discussion was real: how women navigate bias, push past self-doubt, and lead in spaces that weren’t always built for them. Panelists shared personal stories about the challenges they’ve faced and the support that made a difference. The EDB Women and Allies Employee Resource Group is making that kind of support the norm.
