It has been a long winter and we see an end in sight. We want to celebrate our employees who go above and beyond, no matter the weather conditions! On one of the snowier days, two of our dining staff employees were stuck after a spin out and couldn't make it to work. Jeff took it upon himself to go and help get them and make sure that the staff arrived to work safely.

As the temperatures continued to drop in Minnesota, two of our Home Office employees stepped up and followed through with their commitment to Meals on Wheels, even in the subzero conditions, to make sure meals were delivered. Thank you Tasha and Jacque for serving the community with warm hearts on a cold day!
Ecumen employees from four different communities and our home office attended the MLK Day breakfast that was held at the Armory in downtown Minneapolis. This year's event theme was "Doing for Others: A Call to Social Action." No matter the employees job title, each of these everyday heroes ultimately dedicate themselves to serving Ecumen residents.

Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Talent Strategy, Abby Ludens and Chief Financial Officer, Scott McGuire braved the rainy day yesterday to participate in Meals on Wheels. "The best part of participating in the program was interacting directly with those who we’re impacting. Thank you to our wonderful IT employees!
Employees across all different departments took time to volunteer at our annual golf tournament to help raise money for our philanthropic efforts. It is so much fun connecting with vendors and other employees at these type of events!
