The Minnesota Department of Health recognized the pediatrics department at Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic for having the highest immunization rates in the state for a clinic its size. Vaccination rates were 87.8 percent for children and 43.6 percent for teens. Immunization rates are based on Minnesota Immunization Information Connection data as of Aug. 1.
