Her interest in construction started when she was 14—she loved watching projects come to fruition from the ground up. That passion turned into a career with us, where she works as a Field Engineering Designer, analyzing how our power supply will serve our new and existing customers. “After years of being told, ‘it’s a man’s field, make sure you have thick skin,’ I’ve come to the realization that you are the only one who can stop you.
