Our Medical Office Receptionist role has been expanded and renamed to Patient Service Representatives (PSRs)—a title that better reflects the vital work they do every day. This change not only highlights their essential contributions but also opens new career growth opportunities, including Senior PSR roles. Today, we celebrated our incredible PSRs in Colorado Springs and recognized two well-deserved promotions. As the first point of contact for our patients, PSRs are truly the backbone of our clinics.
